We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Lead Generation / Marketing Specialist to identify and qualify potential clients within our target audience. Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential leads using Google search, LinkedIn, social media, and other online tools.
Qualify leads based on specific criteria to ensure they align with the company’s target audience.
Maintain and update the lead database with accurate and current information.
Reach out to prospects through email and other communication channels as needed.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.
Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics to optimize strategies.
Qualifications:
0–2 years of experience in lead generation, marketing, or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong knowledge of online tools, including Google search, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
Ability to conduct thorough online research and analyze potential clients.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Familiarity with lead qualification processes and maintaining databases.
Salary:
Competitive base salary (15000-20000) Per Month.
Commission on qualified leads to reward successful performance.
